The cost of the bond will be included as part of the bidder’s base-bid proposal.
The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, and to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid and any combination of alternates or separate bid prices that, in their judgement, will be to the best interest of Jackson County School Board.
