PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Availability of Statement of Activities USDA Rural Development Housing Preservation Grant Program — Fiscal Year 2026

Sunshine Shores Group, Inc., a nonprofit organization, intends to submit a preapplication to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Rural Development, for funding under the Housing Preservation Grant (HPG) Program, Fiscal Year 2026 (Funding Opportunity No. USDA-RD-HCFP-HPG-2026).

Sunshine Shores Group, Inc. proposes to operate a homeowner housing repair and rehabilitation assistance program to help very low- and low-income homeowners in Gadsden and Jackson Counties, Florida repair and rehabilitate their homes.

A Statement of Activities describing the proposed program — including the type of assistance to be provided, the area to be served, the estimated budget, and the applicant's plan for carrying out the program — is available for public review at www.sunshineshoreshousing.com beginning August 20,2026 and will remain available for public comment for at least 15 days.

Members of the public may submit written comments on the proposed Statement of Activities to Korian Brady, Sunshine Shores Group, Inc., PO Box 783273, Winter Garden, FL 34778, no later than 5:00 p, EST— at least 15 days after the start date.
