Notice of Election for Town of Grand Ridge
The Town of Grand Ridge will have an election on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Grand Ridge Community Center located at 6910 Hall Street, Grand Ridge, FL. The purpose of the election is to elect TWO members of the Town Council. The seats to be filled are as follows: Council Seats 3 and 4, each for two year terms. Residents of the Town of Grand Ridge wishing to vote in this election must be registered to vote by Monday, March 16, 2026. BOOK CLOSING: Election law requires registration to close 29 days prior to any election. Voter registration applications are available at Grand Ridge Town Hall or at the Jackson County Supervisor of Elections office. Completed registrations must be returned to the Elections office. Voters may also register online at www.VoteJacksonFL.gov.
Candidate Qualifying Dates
Qualifying for the Grand Ridge Town Election, Council Seats 3 and 4 will begin Monday, February 2, 2026, at 12:00 noon and end on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 12:00 noon. Candidates must be a registered voter in Jackson County and a resident within the Town limits of Grand Ridge, for at least six (6) months immediately
preceding qualification.
Those wishing to qualify must pay a qualifying fee equal to 1% of the annual expense account of the office and must file the necessary qualifying paperwork with the town clerk at Grand Ridge Town Hall. All Vote-By-Mail (VBM) requests for the Grand Ridge Town Election will be handled directly by the Jackson County Supervisor of Elections office. You may make your request for a VBM ballot in person at 2851 Jefferson Street, Marianna, FL; you may call the office at 850-482-9652 or request online at www.VoteJacksonFL.gov. The last day to request a VBM ballot is April 02, 2026, by 5:00PM. VBM ballots must be returned to the Jackson County Supervisor of Elections office located at 2851 Jefferson Street, Marianna, FL 32448 by 7pm on April 14, 2026.
Public Logic & Accuracy Testing
Testing of the election tabulation equipment to be used for the Grand Ridge Town Election will be held at the Jackson County Supervisor of Elections office, located at 2851 Jefferson Street, Marianna, FL 32448 on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. The public is invited to attend and observe.

El Pueblo de Grand Ridge celebrará elecciones el martes 14 de abril de 2026.
