Lamayah Douglas: Failure to appear for breach of the peace, violation of state probation: No bond arraigned.

Preston Jones: Simple battery- $250 cash bond, no contact with alleged victim.

Gabriel Nunziata: Violation of pretrial intervention- to be dismissed by the state.

James McClain: Grand theft greater than $750 but less than $5,000, burglary of an occupied structure, possession of methamphetamine (pending), tampering with evidence (pending), possession of drug paraphernalia (pending): $10,000 bond, no contact with alleged victim.

Savanna Castenada: Violation of conditional release- sentenced to 73 days in jail with 73 days’ time served.

Krista Polus: Failure to appear for breach of the peace- sentenced to 16 days in jail with 16 days’ time served and a $370 fine.

Stetson Phillips Driving while license suspended or revoked, violation of county probation: Sentenced to 60 days in jail with 13 days’ time served.

Sandashia Dennis: Violation of county probation- sentenced to 30 days in jail with 16 days’ time served.

Abraham Flores- Serrano: No valid license, hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement: Sentenced to time served, a $400 fine and 9 days credit.

Victor Castillo: Driving under the influence, driving without a valid license, resisting an officer without violence, hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement: Sentenced to 60 days in jail with 24 days’ time served and a $1,078 fine.

Amber Maldanado: Violation of county probation- sentenced to 60 days in jail with 24 days’ time served and a $978 fine.

Jaren Miller: Possession of drug paraphernalia, fugitive from justice- Alabama Department of Corrections: Sentenced to 6 days in jail with 6 days’ time served.

Brooke Francis: Simple battery, hold for Dove Academy: Sentenced to 60 days in jail with six days dime served and a $370 fine
