David Smith: Murder- no bond.

Darrell Powell: Violation of state probation- no bond, arraigned.

Thabit Al-Mateen: Failure to register a motor vehicle on sexual predator registration within 48 hours- $5,000 bond.

Ana Augustin: Six counts of theft less than $100, scheme to defraud: Conditional release, no contact with business.
