Jacob Smith, 37, Grand Ridge, Florida: Domestic battery: JCSO.

Zackhary Rice, 29, Myrtle Beach, South Caroline: Felony retail theft, scheme to defraud, dealing in stolen property, defrauding a pawnbroker, grand theft more than $750 but less than $5,000: JCSO.
