Donald Powell: Violation of probation- no bond, arraigned.

Devin Safford: Violation of probation- sentenced to 60 days in jail with six days’ time served and a $146 fine.

Anthony Keith: Fraudulent use of a credit card over $100 more than two times, exploitation of an elderly/disabled adult less than $10,000, grand theft: $1,500 cash only bond, no contact with alleged victim.

William Anderson: Grand theft, credit card theft, fleeing and attempting to elude, resisting without violence, driving while license suspended or revoked, criminal mischief, tag attached not assigned: $60,000 total bond.

Jason Givens: Driving under the influence with damage to person or property- sentenced to 11 months and 29 days probation and standard driving under the influence terms.

Brandon Hill: Ten-day Hold for Bay County for violation of state probation.
