Marianna swears in mayor and commissioners

The Marianna City Commission started their meeting Tuesday night with some housekeeping duties. First on the agenda was the swearing in of a new mayor. With Mayor Rico Williams’ time expiring, incoming Mayor Travis Ephriam was sworn in by city attorney Matthew Fuqua with Williams passing the gavel.

Commissioners Travis Ephriam and Allen Ward ran unopposed in April and were sworn in for another term Tuesday night by city attorney Matthew Fuqua.
