Joshua Tappen: Battery on a person 65 years of age or older, two counts of battery second or subsequent, victim tampering, false imprisonment: $125,000 bond, no contact with alleged victim, seven-day violation of state probation hold.

Gary Turner: Failure to register a motor vehicle- $3,500 bond.

Danny Holton: Fugitive from Decatur County, Georgia- waived extradition.
