One killed in motorcycle wreck on I-10

The Jackson County Times received the following press release from the Florida Highway Patrol.

On January 15,2026 at approximately 3:38 a.m. a 45-year-old Altha woman on a motorcycle was involved in a single vehicle crash on the eastbound side of Interstate 10 at mile marker 159.5. The woman suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased on scene by Jackson County EMS.
