We all need a second chance sometimes and Partners for Pets’ Second Chance Dog Training Program with FCI is providing that for many of our dogs. Whopper, Hattie, Wolf and Gibbs have recently graduated and are available for adoption. They all know at least sixteen commands, are housebroken and socialized around other dogs and peo-ple.
