Stetson Phillips: Operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, possession of less than 20 grams of cannabis: sentenced to six months’ probation and a $400 fine.

Stephone Jackson: Failure to appear for arraignment- sentenced to six months’ probation and a $400 fine.

Barry Vickson: Fugitive from justice-Texas: Waived extradition.

Donald Ferguson: Criminal mischief over $200 but less than $1,000- sentenced to 11 months and 29 days probation and a $370 fine with a reserve on restitution.

Jose Gurrero-Trejo: No valid driver’s license- sentenced to time served and a $400 fine, hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Michael Eubanks: Theft- $1,000 bond, trespass- $1,000 bond, failure to appear- no bond. Do not return to Walmart.

Caleb Kessler: Resisting an officer without violence, driving while license suspended or revoked knowingly, violation of state probation: Sentenced to six months in jail with three days’ time served.

Haleigh Johnson: Hold for Okaloosa County- no bond.

Alvin McFarland II: Domestic battery- $2,500 bond, bonded out.

Jessica Olds: Driving under the influence- $1,000 bond, no alcohol, random urinalysis, bonded out.

Tayron Jennings: Intent to distribute cocaine within 1,000 feet of a housing authority- $50,000 bond, bonded out.

Daniel Farkash: Possession of methamphetamine- $5,000 bond, possession of drug paraphernalia- $1,000 bond, bonded out.

Julio Ramos-Lopez: Hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement- no bond, picked up by ICE on March 1, 2026.
