Jackson County is proud to welcome a new business, Double D Outdoor Equipment, owned and operated by Doug Driscoll and Dylan Pforte. Their grand opening and ribbon cutting will take place on Friday, November 14 at 11 a.m. Doug and Dylan are no strangers to hard work or customer service, Dylan follows in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, both respected businessmen in Marianna, while Doug is putting down roots here with his wife Amanda and their children, determined to make Jackson County home. Together, they bring strong family values, hometown pride, and a commitment to serving local customers with honesty and expertise.

At Double D Outdoor Equipment, you’ll find a wide range of products including tractors, trailers, lawn mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, lift kits, toolboxes, truck bumpers, and towing accessories. They also offer a full parts and service department for trucks, trailers, tractors, and mowers, with plans to expand in 2026 to include complete diesel service. True to their motto, “From weed eaters to Peterbilts, big or small, we fix it all,” Doug and Dylan aim to deliver quality products and dependable service from people who live and work right here in Jackson County.
