Jay Bunting: Violation of conditional release, failure to appear: Sentenced to 30 days in jail with four days’ time served and a $772 fine.

Rusty Tucker: Violation of state probation- no bond, arraigned.

Kirk Hagin: Battery touch or strike- $3,500 bond, no contact with alleged victim.

Allen Davis: Failure to appear- sentenced to 60 days in jail with two days’ time served and a $400 fine.

Gregory Alday: Driving while license suspended or revoked knowingly: sentenced to 30 days in jail with 1 day time served and a $400 fine.
