Vehicle fire in Chick Fil-A drive thru

UPDATE!

Per Chick Fil-A officials they are hopeful about reopening in the morning but they will know more this evening.

Excitement at the Marianna Chick Fil-A this morning when an SUV suddenly caught fire in the pickup area of the drive thru window area. Jackson County Fire Rescue responded and extinguished the fire. One of TIMES readers was quick to alert us to this issue along with pictures. The ‘fire’ pic was submitted by Jessica Milam. The extinguishing picture was take by Times photographer Mark Skinner. At this time, we have no reports of injuries or an estimate of damages. As soon as we have any additional information, we will update on our website.
