MHS Class of 2026 begins last year journey
Seniors at Marianna High School are getting ready for their last year. Senior portraits, open house, and one of the favorite activities of painting their personal parking spots have taken place and only the anticipation of that first day remains.
WMBB’s Peyton Gay interviewed some of the Class of 2026. Senior Hollister Roberts says, “I’m just excited for all the senior events we’re gonna do and just one last ride before we get out of here.”
They will have yet another tradition this Wednesday with senior sunrise. Seniors gather at 5:30 a.m. the first day of school on the MHS football field to watch the sun come up and begin their last year together.
“I’m very excited for senior sunrise. I’m so excited to be able to bond with my friends and watch the sunrise together and really get excited for our last year together in the same school,” says senior Teigan Chaddock.
The TIMES wishes all students a great year, and to the class of 2026, may this be your best year yet!
