Riverside Vet Clinic has catered to the veterinary needs of the tri state area for 40+ years. Doing so with compassion, empathy and know-how. We are currently looking for a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our clinic.

Veterinary Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communication.

  • Check clients in/out and process payments.

  • Educate clients on payment platforms.

  • Help to educate clients on preventatives for their pets.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Comfortable handling pets and interacting with clients.

  • Prior veterinary or medical office experience a plus but not required.

  • Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
