Jimmy C. Taylor, 64, of Graceville, Florida passed away on March 11, 2026, at his home. He was born May 28,1962, to Joseph T. and Jackie Burns Taylor.

His favorite pastime was fishing and playing Bingo.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Comer and Evie Burns, and Fran Watford; father, Joseph Taylor; stepfathers: Artist Miles, and Rudolph Mathis; Uncle James and Aunt Inez Burns; brothers, Tommy Taylor, Kenneth Taylor, and Bobby Taylor; sisters, Brenda Williams, Gail Taylor, and Linda Sue Potts.

Jimmy is survived by his mother, Jackie Mathis of Graceville; his sister, Donna Pippin (Paul) of Graceville; nephews, Adam Taylor (Cheryl) of Pensacola, David Pippin (Brittany) of Bonifay, Brandon Pippin (Savannah) of Slocomb, Ashley Pippin (Jaylee) of Bonifay; nieces, Chelsea Potts and Angel Acquire of Pensacola, Evie, Gabriel, Emily and Roman Manning, all of Graceville; stepbrother, John A. Miles of Chipley; stepsister, Tabitha Harris, also of Chipley; cousin, Mike Burns (Diane) of Dothan; grandchildren, Austin Carr, Shelby Carr, and Ethan Carr.

A graveside service will be 10:00 AM (CST), Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Marvin Chapel Cemetery in Graceville, FL with Michael Burns officiating and James & Lipford Funeral Home directing.

The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Chapel of James and Lipford Funeral Home.
