Jimmy L. Strickland, age 73 of Ebro, Florida, went home to be with the Lord on January 14, 2026 surrounded by his loving family.

Jimmy was born on September 16, 1952 in Walton County, Florida to the late Villa and Edna Mae (McKinney) Strickland. One of his favorite things to do was to talk about old times over a cup of coffee. He was quick with a joke and always tried to make people laugh, and if someone was in need he would help when he could, with as much humility as possible. Jimmy loved his family dearly, and will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by his brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Margie Strickland; niece, Kathy Strickland.

He is survived by his loving wife, Manda R. Strickland; daughter, Leslie Adams and husband Noah; brother, Dan Strickland; grandchildren, Colin Adams and Rose Adams; nephew, Tony Strickland and wife Casey; multiple other beloved nieces and nephews.

A graveside funeral service will be held 11:00A.M., Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the Ebro Cemetery in Ebro, Florida with Bro. John Kennedy officiating.
