John James Farkash Jr.

John James Farkash Jr., 81, of Marianna, Florida, passed away on March 19, 2026.

He was born on April 11, 1944, in New Haven, Connecticut, to the late John Farkash Sr. and Mildred Ifkovic Farkash.

John was a simple man who loved his family, his work, and the life he built. He worked as a truck driver for many years, enjoyed motorcycles, and loved his country.

He is survived by his wife, Jane Farkash; his children, Daniel Farkash, Johnathan Farkash (Lacy), Nichol Kyle (Kenya), and Joe Farkash (Christine); his grandchildren, Madison, Mason, KJ, Kaydence, Daniel Jr., Thomas, Maggie, Samantha, and Joe; and his great-grandchildren, Brantley, Brealynn, Braxton, and Arlo.

John will be remembered for his strength and the love he had for his family. He will be deeply loved and missed by all.

Memorialization will be by cremation. Arrangements are entrusted to the Lambe Family at Marianna Chapel Funeral Home.
