be closer to her parents, marking the beginning of her remarkable career. Gail’s professional life was as nurturing as her personal one; she was a dedicated stay-at-home mother before joining the workforce at the Division of Retirement in
Tallahassee. Her passion for helping others led her to Florida State Hospital, where she earned her Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Chipola Junior College and became a Registered Nurse. Gail had found her true calling in nursing, where
she cared for others with compassion, skill, and kindness. Her compassion extended well beyond her career, as she was always ready to lend a helping hand, share words of comfort, or offer unwavering support to family, friends, and neighbors. Gail
retired after more than 30 years of dedicated service, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of those she cared for.
A devout Christian, Gail’s love for the Lord was evident in her service as the Music Worship Leader and Sunday School teacher at New Beginnings Worship Center. She continued to share her faith at Sneads Assembly of God Church, where she
was a beloved member. Gail was a woman of deep faith whose great comfort was found in prayer. A true prayer warrior, she faithfully lifted others up in prayer. Her family has found numerous written prayers throughout her home – each one a testament
to her steadfast spirit and love for others. Her interests reflected her generous spirit; she found joy in books, reading, and thrifting, always seeking treasures to share with others. Above all, Gail cherished time with her grandchildren, embracing every
moment with them. Gail’s life was a living example of a faith-filled and loving heart. Her presence was a comfort, her laughter a melody, and her guidance a light for all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and family, embodied
by her devoted canine companion, Bella, and the many special friends and extended family members whose lives she touched. Gail E. Parsons will be deeply missed, yet her spirit will continue to inspire those who were blessed to know her. Her journey
