Robert Andrew McCloud

Robert Andrew McCloud, 55, of Graceville, Florida, passed away Friday, February 20, 2026, in Panama City, Florida. He was born June 25, 1970, in Miami, Florida to Stephen Wayne McCloud and Vera Davidson McCloud.

Robert served his country in the United States Marine Corp during Operation Desert Storm. He was a true patriot. He loved his family and friends very much.

Robert is preceded in death by his father, as well as his paternal and maternal grandparents.
He is survived by his mother, Vera Davidson McCloud; his companion Stephanie Nelson; three sisters, Bonnie Kirby, Jackie Kirby, and Karenjo Kirby.

A memorial service with military honors will be held at a later date. James & Lipford Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
