Frances "Fran" Bilik McNeill, age 73, completed her beautiful and faithful earthly life on Friday, August 1, 2025, at her residence in Marianna, Florida.

Fran was born July 23, 1952, at home in Astoria, New York and was the third child of the late Rudolph Michael Bilik and Marilyn Frances Mullen Bilik. Fran grew up loving animals of all kinds including cats, and the animals her husband, Ernest, would catch and bring home. Fran loved to travel and visit new places across the United States and abroad. She was an avid bird watcher, she especially loved watching humming birds and cardinals, and most recent received a camera bird feeder. She had a green thumb, loved watching movies and shopping on QVC. She had a passion for music and enjoyed playing her violin and singing. Above all, Fran loved her family and her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Ernest McNeill; sons, Slade McNeill (Tammy) of Marianna, Daniel McNeill (Crystal) of Panama City; brothers, Michael Bilik (Lilia) of Astoria, NY, Daniel Bilik of Marianna, FL; grandchildren, Zephra Barcus, Gage McNeill, Eli McNeill, Nehemiah McNeill and Emily McNeill; great grandchildren, Ellie Barcus and Ezra Barcus; her nieces and nephews; and special friend, Gail Baesman.
A celebration of her life will be 3:00 P.M., Sunday, August 10, 2025 at the First Presbyterian Church of Marianna, 2898 Jefferson St, Marianna, FL 32446 with Rev. Blair Beaver, Dr. Ted Land, and Rev. Daniel McNeill officiating and Marianna Chapel Funeral Home directing.
The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 2 P.M., until the time of service at the First Presbyterian Church of Marianna.
There will be a private interment at the First Presbyterian Church of Marianna columbarium at a later date.
Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Marianna 1835 fund.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Lambe Family at Marianna Chapel Funeral Home.
