Kimberly Adkins Cook, 62, of Cypress, FL passed away on December 20, 2025.

Born in Marion, Ohio on October 14, 1963. Kim dedicated her life to loving and nurturing her family well and helping wherever was needed. She was known for her smile, infectious laughter, and always being ready to make a new friend. She loved Christmas, sewing, shopping, cooking, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.

Kim is survived by her husband of 41 years, Eddy Cook, children: Amber Stokes (Matthew) and Autumn Pitts (Lonnie), grandchildren: Abigail, Danielle, Kimber and Garrison. Predeceased by her father: Thomas Adkins, and mother: Velma Gilley.

A service celebrating her life will be held at McAlpin Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 beginning at 11:00 AM Central Time. There will be a time of visitation one hour prior to the service.  Interment will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery.
