YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for the partition and division in kind of the following-described real property in Jackson County, Florida, to- wit:
The West ½ of the SW 1/4 of Section 18, T5N, R7W, Jackson County, Florida, less road right of way as conveyed in the instrument recorded at Deed Book 485, page 487, and less the rights of way conveyed in OR Book 422, pages 651, 653, and 655, all in the public records of Jackson County, Florida (the descriptions in which are incorporated herein by reference); being tax parcel ID number 18-5N-07-0000-0090-0000;
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on JOHN Y. ROBERTS, whose address is 2879 MADISON STREET, POST OFFICE BOX 1544, MARIANNA, FL 32447, on or before September 16, 2025, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiffs’ attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
