The project consists of the renovation of the existing 1,610 square foot Building. Work includes selective demolition, interior remodeling, and finish upgrades, along with minor exterior improvements and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modifications. The renovation will provide new interior partitions, ceilings, flooring, doors, and hardware, as well as updated lighting, HVAC, and power systems. Exterior work includes repainting, installation of a new awning, and new building identification signage. TYPE OF BID

The contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in the Contract Documents and in this Invitation to Bid. The Contract will be awarded on a lump sum basis.

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after time has been called on the date of opening.
