Season ends for Grand Ridge basketball

The Grand Ridge Lady Indians saw their season come to an end this past week in the conference playoffs. It was definitely a rebuilding year for the young team but they competed every game to the very end. Bonifay handed Grand Ridge a 42-23 loss to end their season.

Standout Katelyn Franklin led the Indians in every game, most always in double digits. She ended her season the way she started, leading the team with 19 of the 23 points.

Grand Ridge will put this season to rest and look forward to next year’s season with the growth they achieved along the way this year.
