Betty "Pat" Ouzts

Betty "Pat" Jean Ouzts, 90, of Marianna, FL passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at her residence. She was born November 18, 1934 in Detroit, Michigan. Pat is once again reunited with her beloved husband, John E. Ouzts and son, John Jeffrey Ouzts. She is also preceded in death by her parents and four sisters.

She is survived by three sons: Wesley Ouzts and Brian Ouzts and her two daughters, Cindy Maslyn and Jeanne Heath. She was blessed with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews who all loved her dearly.

She was a strong and courageous lady. She loved her family and passionately adored the time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved animals and volunteer efforts with organizations like the Pink Ladies Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary, the Lions Club, Habitat for Humanities, Senior Fellowship, Marianna Moose Lodge, Special Olympics, and many others throughout her life.

Her caring presence will be deeply missed and her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.

Her wishes were to be cremated with a memorial service to be held at a later date.
