Orbin Henry Parks was born November 17, 1956 in Virginia to Ferman A. Parks and Virginia L. Page. Orbin enjoyed working with cattle especially dairy cows.

He’s survived locally by his sister Peggy Dotson of Campbellton, FL and a host of other family members and many dear friends.
