Annie “Jean” Ming

The family of Annie “Jean” Ming of Marianna is saddened to announce her passing on April 8, 2026, at the age of 84.

 Jean was born in Jackson County, Florida on May 10, 1941, to the late Randall and Betty Williams Johnson. Jean loved to travel, with the Smokey Mountains being her favorite destination. She enjoyed arts & crafts and reading. Going thrifting and eating out with her best friend, Sandra, was her favorite thing to do. She worked at TG & Y in Marianna for several years. She was a long-time member of New Salem Baptist Church.

 A private service will be held at a later date.

 She was predeceased by her loving husband Bill Ming, children Marie Pardon, Donna Morris and Fletcher "Bo" Lipford and sister-in-law Barbara Hatcher.

 She is survived by a special nephew Harrold Hatcher (Candy), one son Franklin “Frankie” Lipford, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, her best friend Sandra Ward along with numerous other family and friends.

 She will be dearly missed by her friends at Chipola Health Rehab Center of Marianna.
