Bruce Wallace Olds age 69 of Campbellton, FL passed away Monday March 30, 2026. In Southeast Health Medical Center in Dothan, Alabama surrounded by his loved ones.
Funeral Service were held 12 Noon Friday April 10, 2026 at the Shi’ra Sr and Chelcie Memorial Chapel located 5304 Bowden Hill Road Campbellton, FL with Prophet Willie Clark Eulogist and Minister Chad Clark officiating. Memorialization by cremation with Mckinnie Funeral Home of Campbellton, FL directing.
Bruce Olds was born January 5, 1957, in Campbellton, FL to Chero Olds and Eve Hall Olds.
He accepted Christ at an early age and joined New Bethel CME Church; later joining True Church of God Five-Fold Ministry in 2012.
Bruce Olds and Pamela Gray were united in marriage in 1975, building a life together rooted in love, commitment, and family for 37 beautiful years, until her passing in 2012. From their union, they were blessed with two daughters and later the joy of a grandson.
In August of 2025, Bruce found love again and married Barbara Madison, with whom he shared companionship and care until his passing.
Bruce dedicated 37 years of faithful service to Colonial Bread Company (Bimbo) before retiring in 2012. He later continued his work with ARC of Washington-Holmes County until his passing. When he wasn’t working, Bruce found joy in mowing his grass, caring for his yard, collecting and working on cars, and using his hands to fix just about anything. He was known throughout the community as the go-to handyman, always ready and willing to help others
He was preceded in death by his mother: Eve Hall Olds; father: Chero Olds, Sr.; one sister: Cherrie Etta Olds; three brothers: James Olds, Chero Olds, Jr., Ricky Olds, and one nephew: Derek Brown.
He leaves to cherish his memory with his wife: Barbara Madison-Olds; two daughters: Terlynn (Chanita) Olds of Lexington, VA and Labruce (BoomBoom) Olds of Snellville, GA; one grandson: Grayson Olds; one fury grandpup: Harrison Olds; two brothers: Alan Olds and Ronnie Olds both of Campbellton, FL; two sisters: Loretta Olds Brown of Jacksonville, FL and Kasundra Olds of Campbellton, FL; three sisters-in-law: Shirley Gray of Cottondale, FL, Lenora Olds of Campbellton, FL and Shirley Washington of Orlando, FL; one brother-in-law: Richard Blount; nieces and nephews: Shaune McKinnie (Nekeisha), Katekwa Planter, Dareiele Brown, Daniel Brown (Kimberly), Tiffany Ward, Malcolm Olds, Brandon Pittman, Nicholas Pittman, Denzeal OLds, Ulysses Bass, LaKeisha Johnson, Kimberly Johnson and special niece: Aucilla Bass; great nieces and nephews: Janaya Ward, Tamya Taylor, Asia Taylor, Amia McKinnie, Carter Ward, Ava McKinnie, Kyron Brown, Brinley Brown and Khoi Ward; great-great nephew: Laden Ward; special cousin: Kelly Blue; godchildren: Erica Olds and Christopher Smith; extended brothers-in-law: Robert Bryant and Henry Freeman; one stepdaughter: Brandi Swerdloff (Tim); two step-grandchildren: Madison Mitchell and Kennedy Grady; dedicated friend: Willie Fred Daniels and a host of other relatives, family and friends.
