Leroy Bruce Williams, 92, of Marianna, Florida died Sunday, December 28, 2025 at his residence.

Leroy was born in Jackson County and spent his life here. He was married to Larua Faulk and together they had two children. Leroy served in the US Army before coming back to work as a Police Officer with the Marianna Police Department for 29 years. He and Laura were lifelong members of Trinity Baptist Church until their health declined.

He was always diligent about his health. He was a sensei for Williams Okinawa Karate School for many years and worked out frequently. He was always staying busy, often in the yard tending to his trees. More than anything, he loved his family, and especially when they were altogether.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Laura; his parents, William and Ellen Williams; and sister, Christine Carroll.

He is survived by his children, Claudette McNeil (Warren), Bruce Williams (Tracy); grandchildren, Jacob McNeil (Taylor), Reed Williams (Marie); great-grandchildren, Tucker McNeil, Dean Williams, Rosalee McNeil, Amelia McNeil, Harry Williams.

Visitation will be 4-5 PM Friday, January 2, 2026 at James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel.

Private graveside service will take place at a later date.
