Janice Bea Harrell

Janice Bea Harrell, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at her residence.

Born in Deatsville, Alabama on April 17, 1946, she graduated from Holtville High School in 1964. She married her loving husband on September 16,1966 and in that union, they were blessed with three adoring children, five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Known for her loving and nurturing ways. Jan confirmed her beauty inside and out through her genuine love and grace to everyone she met. She enriched many lives as a second mother figure. Admired for her ability to find the positives in any situation and provided a role model personality for others to strive for.

She dedicated 29 plus years to the United States Postal Service. She retired as Postmaster of Campbellton FL. and will be truly missed by many in her community. She was a member of the Graceville Church of Christ. 

Preceded in death by her mother and father, William Ottis and Margaret Merrell Wadsworth of Deatsville, Alabama, sister Sherry Saunders and loving husband Harvey Rae Harrell of Campbellton, FL. 

Survived by her three children Chris (Stephanie) Harrell, Grand Ridge, FL., Scott (Sonja) Harrell, Graceville, FL., Tonya (Ryan) Windham, Orlando, FL.; five grandchildren Paige, Christian, Tyler, Kennady, Shaleigh, one great grandchild Maddox; one sister Debra Brock (Michael) of Deatsville, AL and several nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be 3 PM (CDT), Saturday, July 18, 2026, at the First United Methodist Church in Graceville with Hiram Bell, David Saunders, Michael Brock and Scott Harrell officiating. Burial will follow in the First Baptist Church of Campbellton Cemetery with James & Lipford Funeral Home in Graceville directing.

The Family will receive friends at the First United Methodist Church on Saturday, 2 PM until 3 PM.
