With heartfelt sadness, we announce the passing of Gladys Battle, who departed this life on November 20, 2025, in Crawfordville, Florida.  She was 70 years old.

Gladys leaves treasured memories with two Brothers, LaShon J. Gilbert of Port St. Lucie, Florida and Cornelius Battle (Melissa) of Grand Ridge, Florida; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A celebration of Glady’s life will be Sunday, November 30th at 12 noon at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church where Reverend Deblasis Johnson is pastor and Reverend Dr. Dwight Cockerham, Sr., Reverend HuMan Smith and Bishop  Adrian D. Abner officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery with arrangements entrusted to the caring staff of licensed professionals at Peoples Funeral Home in Marianna, Florida.
