Katherine Hilda Pippin, age 74, passed from this life Saturday, October 5, 2025 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in Tallahassee, Florida. She was born in Marianna, Florida on August 26, 1951 to Joe and Cletta Mae (Barber) Chason. Katherine used her leadership skills while she served as a Paramedic.

She is preceded by her parents and her grandson; Blake Shuler. Katherine is survived by her husband of 30 years; Roy Charles “Pipp” Pippin, her sons; Christopher Pippin and wife Christy, Whaylon Peddie and wife Jessica, and Chase Peddie, her daughters; Jonette Shuler, Hillary Mears and husband Matt, Kerstin Peddie, and Falynn Peddie, 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held 11:00A.M., Thursday, October 9, 2025 at Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held at 10:00A.M. prior to the service.
