Patricia Flood Spitzer

Patricia Flood Spitzer, born on February 18, 1942, in Salem, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2026, in Chipley. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who touched the lives of many with her presence and dedication.

Patricia worked as a beautician and enjoyed gardening, always finding joy in nurturing plants as she did with her family. She was also a devoted pastor's wife and worked diligently in youth ministry at her church, where she inspired countless young people.

She is survived by her son Douglas Spitzer and his wife Lori of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; her son John Spitzer and his wife Rachel of Panama City, Florida; her grandson David Spitzer and his wife Amber; her grandson Liam Spitzer; her grandson Dalton Spitzer and wife Ashely; and her great-grandchild Ellison and Brody.

Patricia is preceded in death by her husband Sanford E. Spitzer Jr., her father Lester J. Flood, and her mother Gertrude Counselor Flood. She will be remembered for her loving spirit and the positive impact she had on all who knew her.
