Perman Williams age 68 of Malone, FL, passed away Sunday June 14, 2026 In Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare Tallahassee, Florida surrounded by his love ones. Funeral service will be held at 10:00a.m. Saturday June 20th Mckinnie Funeral Home Shi’ra Sr. and Chelcie Memorial Chapel located 5304 Bowden Hill Rd. Campbellton, FL with Rev. Jennifer Lewis and Minister Wendy Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Greater St. Luke AME Church Cemetery located at 5255 11th Avenue, Malone, FL with Military Honors and with McKinnie Funeral Home of Campbellton directing. Public viewing will be one hour prior to the service time on Saturday.

Mr. Perman Williams, age 68, of Malone, Florida, departed this life, leaving behind a legacy of strength, dedication, and love for his family.
Perman was a proud Army Sergeant who faithfully served his country for six years, earning the Air Assault Badge and the Good Conduct Medal. Following his military service, he spent 36 years as an over-the-road truck driver, demonstrating a strong work ethic, commitment, and perseverance throughout his career.
Known as a pillar of his family, Perman was a man who carried himself with pride and confidence. He was always sharply dressed, never afraid to speak his mind, and had an appreciation for the finer things in life. He took great pride in keeping his yard immaculate, a reflection of the care and attention he brought to all aspects of his life. His presence, wisdom, and unwavering character will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lenzie Crowther; his brothers, Raymond Macon and Ivory Joe Maise; and his sister, Jacquelyn Miley.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories: his son, C.B. Collins and wife Rachel; his granddaughter, Marisol Jacob; Stepdaughter Kimberly Westbrooks. His special friend, Cynthia Lane; his brother, Felton Maise and wife Sharon; his sisters, Barbara Smith, Lillie Lane and husband Albert Lane, Jr., and Glenda Figgers; his brothers, Curtis Miley, Andrew Miley, and Calvin Miley; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Though he is no longer with us in body, Perman’s legacy of hard work, strength, pride, and devotion to family will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. He will be remembered, cherished, and missed always.
