Wayne Bruce Meredith, 53, of Chipley, Florida, passed away March 17, 2026, surrounded by his family.  He was born June 7, 1972, in Sandusky Ohio, to the late Edward A. and Susan Joyce Meredith.

He was a boat builder at Extreme Boats in Bonifay, Florida, until his health would no longer allow him to work. 

In addition to his parents, Wayne is preceded in death by three brothers, John Meredith, Chris Meredith, and William (Boo) Meredith.

Wayne is survived by his siblings, Edward (Butch) Meredith, Peter (Tony) Meredith, Susan Ulberg, Rob Meredith, Moana Dupree, Joe Meredith, Tasi Coleman, many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Memorialization will be by cremation.  No public services are planned at this time.  James & Lipford Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
