Donielle Sellers: Violation of state probation- sentenced to six months in jail with 71 days’ time served.

Misty Merriel: Possession of methamphetamine- $7,500 bond, random urinalysis.

Caleb Kessler: Violation of state probation- no bond, random urinalysis, serving sentence for previous charge.

Joshua Baxley: Battery actually and intentionally striking another- conditional release, no contact with alleged victim after today.

Lorenzo Macario: Driving without a valid commercial driver’s license- sentenced to two days in jail with two days’ time served and a $400 fine, hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Michael Shipman: Grand theft, contracting without a license: $750 cash bond, no contact with alleged victim.

Elijah Johnson Jr.: Fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, tampering with evidence, possession of marijuana over 20 grams: $1,750 cash bond or $17,500 surety bond, random urinalysis.
