Tylor Jordahn Brock

Tylor Jordahn Brock

It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the unexpected passing of Tylor Jordahn Brock, age 25, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in Dothan, AL.

Born in East Chicago, Indiana, on March 5, 2000, Tylor was the cherished son of Thomas and Tasha Miller. At the age of five, he moved to Blountstown, FL, where he became a proud member of the Calhoun County community. He graduated from Blountstown High School, where he developed a deep passion for football and had the honor of playing in the Class 1A State Championship game against Madison County his senior year. Anyone who knew him knew how much this game meant to him and how upset he was that the Tigers fell to defeat. Tylor went on to assist with coaching the Marianna JV football team, and he carried with him a lifelong love for both the Florida State Seminoles and the Green Bay Packers. The number 56 will live on forever in our hearts.

After high school, Tylor answered the call to serve his country and enlisted in the United States Marines. He served honorably for four years, achieving the rank of E4 Corporal and specializing in construction equipment repair. Tylor’s pride in his service never wavered, and after his honorable discharge, he continued to follow his passion and earned his certification as an ASE master certified technician from Chipola College so he could continue turning wrenches and fixing things that are broken.

In recent years, Tylor’s desire to help others led him to pursue a new path in physical therapy. He was studying at Wallace Community College until his passing, determined to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.

Tylor had an infectious spirit and a heart full of kindness. He never met a stranger and was always there to lend a hand or offer a word of encouragement. Above all, Tylor was a devoted family man. His love for his family knew no bounds, and he was a loving “big brother” to many, offering wisdom, laughter, and support. Music brought joy to his life, and in recent years, Tylor discovered the joy of playing bass guitar, sharing his love for music with those closest to him. His legacy of love and generosity will forever be carried in the hearts of all who knew him.

Tylor was preceded in death by his brother in arms, Peter Knobel.

He is survived by his loving wife, Zannah Glisson Brock; his parents, Thomas and Tasha Miller; his brothers, Ethan and Devyn Miller; his sister, Jayahna Miller; his extended family of brothers including, James Boyett, Jacob Yon, Keith Grantham, Bucky Buckhalt, Billy Reisinger, Cody Barfield, and Drew Mayo; his grandparents, Lonnie Brock and Terry Miller; his aunt, Tiffani Brock; his uncle, Robert Brock; his mother-in-law, Athena Glisson; his father-in-law, Ryan Carter; his sisters-in-law, Jericka and Ava Glisson and Melina Carter; his brothers-in-law, Aiden Glisson and Graften Harcus (Amber); his niece, Brynleigh Hollon; his nephew, Layken Hollon; and his precious fur baby, Sadie Wadie Brock.
