Mr. Harold Alexander Patton, known to many simply as Harold, passed away on June 25, 2026, in Panama City, Florida, at the age of 74.
He was born on February 14, 1952, in Wewahitchka, Florida, and carried with him throughout his life the values, strength, and warmth of the community in which he was raised. Harold was a kind, friendly, and courageous man whose presence left a lasting impression on all who knew him. He met life with a steady spirit and a gentle heart, and he will be remembered for the dignity, humility, and sincerity that came so naturally to him.
Harold enjoyed working as a car detailer, a line of work that suited his careful nature and his appreciation for doing a job well. He took pride in his work and found satisfaction in making vehicles look their best. Those who knew Harold understood that he brought the same attention, patience, and dedication to his work that he brought to his relationships with family and friends. His dependable character and easygoing manner made him someone others could trust and feel comfortable around.
Family was central to Harold’s life, and he cherished the bonds he shared with those closest to him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Keith and Eunice Patton, and by his wife, Beverly Patton. Their memories remained close to his heart throughout his life, and their influence was a meaningful part of the person he became. Harold carried the love of his family with him always, and he valued the connections that gave his life purpose and joy.
He is survived by his daughter, Ashley Blount Patton, and his grandsons, Marcell, JaMarcus, JaMarion, and Marquez Blount. Harold took great pride in his family and found joy in the lives of his children and grandchildren. His love for them was steady and genuine, and the time he shared with them created memories that will be treasured for years to come. He also leaves behind other family members and friends who will remember him with affection and gratitude for the role he played in their lives.
