Nancy Ann Davis, 98, of Decatur County, Ga. passed away on February 10, 2026. She was born October 27, 1927, to Julius, Nicholas White and Abby Whigham White. She had resided at Belvedere Nursing and Rehabilitation in Hot Springs, Arkansas for the last five years.
She was an avid gardener and seamstress. During her retirement years, she did sewing for many of her friends. She made beautiful quilts for several people. She loved puzzles and had many framed for display.
Nancy was predeceased in death by her dear husband of 65 years Benton Carl Davis, as well as her parents. She also outlived all of her siblings: Walter, Irvin, Louis, Laura Ellen, Sarah and Ruby.
Survivors include her daughters, Hazel Eubanks; Polly Oliver; sons Carl Davis; Melvin Davis; Jay Davis and James Davis. She is also survived by many wonderful grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
A celebration of Nancy's life will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, February 14 at The Way Church on 209 West Strawberry Rd. with Pastor/Son Jay Davis officiating.
Interment will be held Friday, February 20, 2026 beginning at 10:00 AM at Sylvania cemetery in Decatur County Georgia.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the ENTIRE staff at Belvedere Nursing and Rehabilitation for their years of loving care of our mother.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests live plants, which will be transferred to the church grounds for lasting beauty.
